1. Handcrafted & Custom Nature of Products
Each piece at Shubhdeep Metier is meticulously hand-poured in small batches using premium art resin, natural elements, and pigments. Because resin cure characteristics and natural florals differ slightly in every pour, subtle variations in hue, flow, and texture are the inherent hallmark of bespoke handmade art, not defects.
2. 100% Transit Damage Replacement Guarantee
We pack every piece with multiple layers of shock-absorbent foam, bubble wrap, and rigid boxing. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged during courier transit, we provide a 100% free replacement or full store credit. To claim a transit replacement, please share an unedited unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 99880 57395) or email ([email protected]).
3. Order Cancellation Policy
For standard catalogue items, orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. For custom or personalised orders (custom name plates, flower preservation, engraved keepsakes), cancellation is permitted only prior to resin pouring and artwork commencement. Once materials are cast or personalised names are created, cancellations cannot be accepted.
4. Returns on Personalised Items
Custom-commissioned pieces that include specific names, wedding dates, personal photographs, or client-provided memorabilia are exclusively made for you and cannot be returned for buyer's remorse. However, if there was an error in spelling or design caused by our studio, we will remake and replace your item free of charge.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
