1. Processing Times
As all our products are carefully handcrafted and made to order, please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and creation. For highly personalized items, processing may take up to 10-14 days. We will provide an estimated timeline when you place your order.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship across India. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery location. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is usually 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via WhatsApp or email so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.
4. Damages and Issues
We pack all our resin and craft products with extreme care. However, if your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
